SMMSoar rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The payment and refund policies below remain in effect regardless of any rate changes.
We do not guarantee specific delivery times or drop rates for any service. Estimated delivery times are approximations only, and orders in progress are non-refundable even if you feel they are delayed. Orders for services without a refill period are not eligible for refills, even in cases of significant drops — please select refill-enabled services if refill coverage matters to you.
We strive to deliver services exactly as described, but reserve the right to modify service types where necessary to fulfil an order.
Engaging in malicious or abusive activity may result in account suspension. Suspended users will be given the opportunity to use their remaining balance before account closure. Creating a new account after a suspension will result in termination of that account, regardless of any remaining balance.

SMMSoar is not liable for account suspensions, content removals, or other actions initiated by Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

Important:
Payments are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed — the balance must be used for orders with SMMSoar.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks for any reason. Filing a dispute or chargeback after depositing funds may result in account termination, cancellation of all current and future orders, and the removal of any delivered services.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after placement. Non-deliverable orders will be refunded as credit to your SMMSoar account balance.
Orders placed for private accounts, or orders that fail due to user error, are not eligible for refunds. Confirm your order details carefully before submission.
Fraudulent activity, such as the use of unauthorised or stolen credit cards, will lead to account termination without exception.
Avoid using multiple providers or servers for the same page or link simultaneously. Doing so can cause discrepancies in follower, like, or play counts, and refunds will not be issued for such orders.
